Little Rock chimney sweep

One call covers the whole chimney.

Most chimney trouble starts small.

A little creosote, an open mortar joint, a crack in the crown.

Left alone, it turns into a smoky room, a leak or a fire risk.

Jerry’s Chimney Sweep cleans chimneys, inspects them and fixes them, all over Little Rock.

The brick around them gets the same care: mortar repair, tuckpointing, sealing and power washing.

Our customers say it in their own words.

Jerry shows up on time, does a great job and cleans up after.

What we look at

Firebox to cap. Every inch of it.

A chimney is a system, not a hole in the roof. Scroll down the list and watch each part get checked and set right.

A chimney cut open from the firebox to the cap A drawing of a house cut open through its chimney. As you scroll, each part lights up: the firebox, the damper, the flue as it is swept clean, the flashing at the roof, the mortar, crown and cap, and finally the roof shingles. Firebox & firebrick Damper & smoke chamber Flue: creosote out Flashing Mortar, crown & cap Shingles, cleaned & treated

  1. Step 1

    Firebox & firebrick

It starts where the fire burns. Cracked firebrick and open joints let heat reach places it should not.

    Chimney inspection
  2. Step 2

    Damper & smoke chamber

The damper should open all the way and shut tight. Just above it, the smoke chamber collects the heaviest buildup.

    Chimney sweeping
  3. Step 3

    The flue, top to bottom

Creosote coats the flue a layer at a time. A sweep takes it back to clean liner, so smoke goes up and out.

  4. Step 4

    Flashing at the roof

Where the chimney meets the roof, flashing keeps the rain out. When it fails, the leak shows up on your ceiling.

  5. Step 5

    Mortar, crown and cap

Open joints, a cracked crown or a missing cap let water and critters in. These are the repairs that save the brick.

“Mr jerry was on time and not only did a grest job but found and fixed future ploblems that could have turned bad. Thanks jerry…”Steven Collins, Google review

  6. Step 6

    The roof around it

The chimney sits on your roof. Worn but sound shingles can be cleaned and treated, and Jerry tells you which you have.

    Roof rejuvenation

That is the whole chimney, firebox to cap, plus the roof it stands on. Call or text and ask for Jerry.

The point of it all

Light the fire. Stop wondering.

A clean, checked chimney means the first fire of the year is just a fire. No smoke in the room, no smell, no guessing what is up there.

Roof rejuvenation

Tired shingles? Roof Rejuvenation.

Roof rejuvenation is a treatment sprayed onto aging asphalt shingles that are worn but still sound.

Jerry is already up there for the chimney, so the roof gets a look too.

If a roof needs repair first, you hear that straight.

Brick and stone can be power washed and sealed against the rain.

“Mr. King did amazing job, even helped clean my roof. Thank you so much.”
